There are not enough words to say how special Nancy has been to me. My sister-friend, we were bonded in our pre-teen years (though we've known each other since early childhood) and were inseparable through both Jr. and Sr. high school, then only separated when I left to join the military. After years apart, when I finally returned, we picked up right where we left off as if no time had passed at all. I am left with so very many fond memories of good times (and a few not-so-good) and am grateful that I've been home to spend these last years with her again. She was there for me during many life-transitions, as I tried to be for her, as well. We laughed, we cried, we loved, and we had thrilling adventures over the years. I will miss her always and send my thanks to the universe for bringing her into my life. "There's a lady who knows all that glitters is gold" ... and she's now on her stairway to heaven. Love ya' little elf!

I have known Nancy since elementary school. She always had a smile on her face. She. Would talk to anyone or help someone. She had a kind spirit. My prayers are with all of you at this difficult time.
