In Remembrance

I just ran across the obituary for Max and thought I'd add in something... I assisted him on about one-half dozen appraisal projects in California throughout the 1990s. They were large retail national chain store subject properties, multiple properties for some assignments, and I performed market research and fieldwork. I met him on 3-4 occasions for conferences at my office in Long Beach. To sum up, I really liked Max. He was fun to work for, intereact with, a very interesting and hard-working man. I retired from the business after 33-years, and then and now am very proud to have made his acquaintance. My best regards to his family.

Max was one in a million. He always had time for a chat. He and my husband, Larry Flyckt, had many hockey tales to tell. Love and sympathy to his dear ones.

Betty, you were so fortunate to have all those years with a wonderful man and soulmate. I was afforded many wonderful days and evenings with Max. I did not always understand the words he used but always tried to learn. Please take comfort in knowing all the friends he had and influenced.
