Karen was an ADK Sister ? in our ETA chapter in Grand Rapids. She was so kind and positive and always happy to share her stories of teaching and her family! She will be missed by our group of women educations and we extend our sympathy to Ed, Marie, Lisa and Pat, her grandchildren and great grandchildren, and extended family! Sue Dekich

I had Karen for a teacher from kindergarten up to 6th grade in one way or another. Her an her family just lived down the road from us in Jacobson. She has always been pleasant, kind, and almost like family. Will miss seeing her at the Community Center for the gatherings when I can make it up there. Hugs and prayers for her family. She will be so missed.
