Howard was a comical, lighthearted guy who I enjoyed talking to. To. My best friend is Donna and I would enjoy our time together. I'm glad he got to go to Mexico in 2022 for a long period of time with his wife and daughter. I saw Donna take the best of care of him and she was a devoted wife, never failing.
