Allen Hyopponen
November 29, 1941 - April 21, 2019
A celebration of life will be held at 2 pm, Sunday, May 5, at Bethlehem Lutheran Church in Two Harbors, MN with a visitation one hour prior. Lunch to follow.
Allen Hyopponen, 77, died Sunday, April 21, at Benedictine Health Center from complications due to Parkinson’s Disease. Along with his passion for agate picking, he will be remembered for his kind and outgoing personality.
Allen was preceded in death by; his father, Uno Hyopponen, mother, Lila Zahara; brother, Gary Hyopponen; and son, Mark Hyopponen.
Allen is survived by; his wife, Diane Hyopponen; daughter, Roxanne (Robert) Erbstoesser; and grandchildren, David, Joshua, Nathan, and Zachary Erbstoesser.
