Sharon Kay Peterson, 70, of Superior, WI, passed away peacefully with her family by her side on Friday, January 28, 2022 after a brief illness.
Sharon was born December 20th 1951 in Wadena, MN to Belvia and Ralph Hendershot. She was a woman of many talents. She loved making jewelry and stained glass. She enjoyed crocheting and drawing… You’d always find her doodles on a notepad wherever she’d been last. She enjoyed traveling out west with her family. She was beautiful, and had the best laugh that we’ll never forget.
She was proceeded in death by her parents, Ralph and Belvia Hendershot, her brothers Arvil Bail, Norman Bail, Darol Bail, Harvey Hendershot, Bill Hendershot, Melvin Bail and granddaughter Katelyn Peterson, and her beloved dogs Stinki and Lexi.
She is lovingly survived by her daughter Brianne Goad (Kevin Mosier), Son Brandon Peterson, Sister Shirley Peterson, Brother Harlan (Freda), Sister Wanda Pickner, and her poopies (grandkids): Stefanie, Jase and Brenden Goad; Mackenzie and Callie Peterson (And their Mom Jodie Wright), and many beloved neices and nephews. She lived for her family and loved you all.
Celebration of Life will be held at her daughter Brianne’s house in June, celebrating Mom’s love for Barbeque, the outdoors in the summer, and the love of a close family gathering.
