In Remembrance

Robert Steven Kovach SR. “Bob” of Duluth Minnesota unexpectedly passed away at St. Luke’s with his family by his side on December 6^th,2020. Robert was born on November 15,1958 Chicago Illinois to the parents of Mary Kovach and Steven Kovach. He was proceeded in death by both parents and sister Ann Kovach. He is survived by wife Elaine Kovach and children Chrystal (Damion) Dorsey, Angela Thompson, Nicole (Dustin) Hubert, and Robert (Tabby) Kovach. Grandchildren Omari, Dejah, Alexandra, Hope, Malachi, Zeke, Reginae, Haley, Kendra, Everett, and one great grandson Aesion. Robert is also survived by many brothers and sisters and numerous nieces and nephews. Robert grew up in Duluth where he attended and graduated from Denfeld High School. He was a very well-loved employer of the Fond Du Luth casino where he worked for 32 years along side lifelong friend Kerry Rosenholm. Robert loved spending his time with his family and friends. He loved being outdoors fishing and car racing and enjoying a nice family barbeque. You could also find Bob playing any sort of card games and enjoying a cup of coffee. Due to COVID we will be hopefully be having a celebration of life in the spring time of 2021.
