Memorial services will be held at St. Martin Parish Hall. Visitation/prayer session July 30th 11am to 2pm. Burial to follow.
Robert W Kern passed away peacefully 7/17/2022 in his home from a battle with cancer.
He was born in Jessenland, MN 11/4/1943 to Leona and Art Kern. At 17 Bob joined the Navy taking him around the world which instilled a passion for travel. This passion led him to places like Alaska, Washington and even Hawaii. He married Yvonne Kern 4/26/1993. He has 6 children; Jennifer Kern, Robert A Kern, Matt Persons, Kathleen Rocheleau (Aaron Rocheleau), Tim Persons (Jessica Sheets) and Andy Persons (Lisa Persons). He has 6 grandbabies that were his everything; Kiara, Micah, Luka, Walter, Ari and Luke.
Bob lived a full and happy life. His passion was gardening and he had a green thumb like no other. He loved spending time with his grandbabies and they loved him very much.
He is preceded in death by; Art Kern(Father), Leona Kern(Mother), Matt Persons(Son), Ruth Kern(Sister), Irene Olson(Sister), Ken Kern(Brother), Julie Kern (Sister-in law), Dawn Kern(sister-in law) and Don Dotzler(Brother-in-law)
