In Remembrance

I had Mr Friday (even at 68, I still remember him that way. . .) for, I think, Geography, in my junior or senior year at Henderson, would have been the 1969-1971 timeframe. I remember him as a 'neat' guy, a cool teacher who was just a few years older than us kids. The straggly blond hair and impish grin are still fondly recalled. I join many of my '71 grads with our condolences to his family.

I had the great fortune to have been a member of Coach Friday's outdoor track teams in the mid-70's. He was a great coach, and a great person, loved by all. My deepest condolences to the Friday family.

Bob was the oldest cousin of the family and probably the wisest! He had a great smile, always a great story to share, and was such an intelligent man. I’m sure his students and athletes would agree. Bob was also a very dedicated family man. That’s why we will all miss him. We were all lucky to have known him!

To all of the Friday family we loved Bobs humor and competitive nature and passion for sports ! His quiet smirk said a lot ! Great memories of family and friends! Love the Hanna Family ??
