Marjorie Clausen, age 78, passed away peacefully surrounded by her family on the evening of July 31st, 2015.

Marjorie is survived by; her husband of 55 years, Kenneth Clausen; son, Kenny (Pam) Clausen, daughter, Pauline (Bob) Schroeder, son Marty Clausen; Grandchildren, Danica Schroeder, Nichol Schroeder and Seth Clausen; brothers; Lynn (Kathy) Turnbull and John (Nikki) Turnbull.

Margie was born in Hibbing Minnesota on July 9, 1937. She was the second child of Herbert and Effie Turnbull and sister to brothers, Jack, Lynn, Dick and John. In 1960 she married Kenneth Clausen and they shared 55 happy years together.

Margie grew up in Poole Location in Northern Minnesota; she worked in a hardware store in Hibbing, while helping to raise her younger brothers. After college she moved to St. Paul Minnesota and worked as a secretary for the president of Minnesota Fence and Iron Works. She met Ken at a camping retreat and it was love at first sight. Margie and Ken moved to California and raised their family for 30 years before moving to Wisconsin. Margie loved the outdoors and made numerous family camping and boating trips. She adored square dancing, spending time with friends and taking care of others. Her true passion was her family;she idolized her children and grandchildren and found great joy and pride following their achievements.

Margie was a kind, gentle woman with the biggest heart and was loved by all for her compassion and thoughtfulness.
