As Marie's ex-husband, I will always remember that she always expressed concerns and love for our children and was eventually willing to be a long distance phone friend wherein she'd tell me how well Beth and Christopher were doing. Although we had our issues I'd like Beth and Christopher to know I love them and have always had them in my thoughts and prayers. I'm currently in the Pruitt Health Center in Walterboro SC. May Marie rest in eternal peace.

I met Marie when I was a teenager at my families (Hamilton's) home. She was the one person I could go and talk to, I cherish all the times we were able to talk over the phone Marie was like my older sister because even though she lived so far away in Duluth, Minnesota we talked often. Marie always spoke about her children for whom she was so very proud of!! Marie, YOU will always be so very missed in my heart and life!!! I look forward to seeing you in heaven on of these days!! LOVE YOU CHARLESTON GIRL!!!!!!!!!!
