Marian T Jazdzewski
September 8, 1922 - February 12, 2015
At her request, no service will be held. To honor Marian and her Catholic faith, we ask that any memorials be given to St. John’s School.
Marian T. Jazdzewski, 92, passed away peacefully at St. Luke’s Hospital on February 12, 2015 surrounded by her family. She was born September 8, 1922 to William and Julia Musolf in Duluth, MN.
Marian married Ignace J. Jazdzewski in May of 1946. She was a devoted homemaker, and she and Ig spent much of their time together fishing at their cabin on Alden Lake. Upon his retirement, there were also many fishing trips to Canada in their motor home.
Marian’s favorite hobby was finding that “ultimate bargain” while shopping with her daughter Marylee. Her second passion was baking. When visiting her home one was guaranteed something fresh out of the oven; toffee bars and banana creme pie both being family favorites.
She is preceded in death by her loving husband Ignace; her parents; sister Eleanor Belanger, and brother William.
Marian is survived by daughter Marylee (Dwight) Dinehart, two sons Dan (Ann) and Mark (Vickie) Jazdzewski. She was also the proud grandmother of Michelle Dinehart, Jaimie (Dale) Marcus, Scott (Cassandra) Dinehart, Jeremiah (Jen) Jazdzewski, Cali (Mike) Wenneson, Amanda (James) Hill, Molly Jazdzewski; great-grandchild Lauren “Munch” and many nieces and nephews.
