In Remembrance

I miss you so much mom, I know it’s only been a week, but the pain still feels like it was yesterday. I love you more than anything RIP If roses grow in heaven, Lord please pick a bunch for me, Place them in my Mother’s arms, and tell her they’re from me. Tell her I love her and miss her, and when she turns to smile, place a kiss upon her cheek and hold her for awhile. Because remembering her is easy, I do it every day, but there’s an ache within my heart that will never go away.

Aunt Lucy will be remembered for her sense of humor and our cribbage games. She did love to play muggins! She also enjoyed spades and video poker at the black bear. We had frequent phone calls that ended abruptly, which left me concerned. It is unfortunate that we have a family that never communicates. I will miss Aunt Lucy and think of her often. She now sleeps until our Lord returns. Rest peacefully and may God's mercy shine upon you.

Rest in Heaven. You will be missed. I was not able to speak with you often but the times I have were always the best laughs! Your spirit will live on through the many wonderful stories Levi shares
