Louise B. Oakland, 76, passed away on March 3, 2019 in Duluth. She grew up in Arlington Heights, IL and married the love of her life, Lowell, on April 20, 1963. They moved to Cloquet and lived there happily for many years. Louise loved dogs, and the Vikings.
She was preceded in death by; parents, Conrad and Doris Berge; and son, Keith Oakland.
Louise is survived by; husband, Lowell Oakland; son, Brian (Stacie) Oakland, daughter, Tara Oakland; granddaughters, Shanelle and Chloe.
