Our beloved Auntie and Friend went home to be with our Lord on Thursday, December 10, 2015. Louise was born July 10, 1920 in Ambridge, PA.
Louise moved to Duluth, MN where she attended school and married Walter E Law. She worked for the MN Power and Light Company before moving to Seattle, WA. Louise lived in Seattle for over 50 years. While in Seattle Louise was a pioneer of her time, becoming an executive for Brown Bulb Ranch Co., Seattle distribution center. She loved animals and had several dog companions throughout her life. Louise loved to play bridge and hosted many groups. She was generous with her time caring for others and supporting St Jude’s Hospital. Louise loved the Lord and was rooted in her Catholic faith. She will be forever missed.
She is preceded in death by; her father, John Baran, her mother Catherine Balonek Baran; her brothers, Frank Baran, Ted Baran and Johnny Baran; and two husband’s, Walter E Law, and Harold Olson.
She is survived by; her niece, Kathleen (Roche) Lally and family of Duluth, MN; friends Donna Joudrey, Jody Potthoff, Dawn Schiller and their families of Seattle, WA.
We would like to thank all the Nurses, CNAs and Staff at Marywood, Westwood, BHC and St. Luke’s Hospice care who extended loving and exemplary care to Louise.
