In loving memory of Kurtiss J. Norgren; born in Duluth May 19, 1975.
A proud graduate of Unity High School, Kurt spent most of his adult life in Two Harbors, later returning to Duluth.
He worked as a blackjack dealer for many years until health issues intervened. Undeterred, he pursued a degree in graphic design from DBU.
He was passionate about music (especially rock and metal), photography, digital art, poker and fishing. Being on the water brought him immense joy.
He held his family and friends close to his heart, and shared a special bond with his canine companion Roscoe.
Kurt is preceded in death by his father Bill Craven Sr., grandparents Dougal and Doris Norgren, and sister Treesa Woods. He is survived by his mother Cindy Norgren and siblings Nicole Norgren, Amy Larson, Bill Craven Jr., Craig Craven, Jodine Belgen, and Shawn Brown.
We will carry our memories of him in our hearts.
A celebration of life will be held after the holidays, details to follow.
