Kent Lynn Henricksen, 81, of Duluth and Hinckley, passed away unexpectedly Saturday, May 14, 2016.

Kent graduated from East High School and University of Minnesota – Duluth. He also served in the US Army reserve. Kent married Renora Sundquist on November 4, 1966 in Chisholm, MN.

Kent was the creator of the Big League Game Co., making sports based board games, and also started the Paul Bunyan Press.

Kent was very athletic, he was captain of his High School Basketball team and started all three years. He played softball into his 40’s and golf into his 70’s. He was a stubborn Norwegian with boundless energy for projects and working on the cabin. Kent was very loving, and had a quirky sense of humor, he will be dearly missed by his family and friends.

He is preceded in death by; his parents, Marius and Evalyn (Arntson) Henricksen; siblings, Donald, Rodney, and Helen.

Kent is survived by his wife Renora; children Lissa Rae Henricksen, Kent (Leah) Lynn Henricksen II; three grandchildren, Kolton, Kaylen, Koben; siblings Stanley, Maryann, Keith, and Dwane.
