Harold W. Herring, 83, of Proctor, MN, died Friday March 3rd, 2023 at Miller Dwan in Duluth, MN. He is survived by his wife of 64 years, Nelda; children, Harold W. Herring Jr., Cheryl Liebrand, (Jerry); grandchild Alicia Kliegle, (Scott); great grad child Colton. He is also Survived by his sister Janet Strand, (Robert) of Texarkana, TX.
He worked for the city of Madera in Ca. for 30 years. He loved the outdoors and was a Hunters Safety Instructors for over 20 years. He was a beloved father, friendly, outgoing and loved helping neighbors.
