Memorial Service will be held 1:00 PM, Saturday, June 8, 2019, at the Swan Lake Rd Baptist Church in Alborn, Minnesota.
Francis ‘Jeff’ Stoddard, 65, died Thursday May 30, 2019 at Solvay Hospice House peacefully surrounded by his family. He was born May 28, 1954 to Thomas and Harriet (Miller) Stoddard in Duluth, Minnesota.
Jeff was born in Duluth, and lived in Alborn most of his life. He served in the US Army, and later became an ironworker, working for Local 563 and 512. In retirement, he loved being a part of the “Wrinkled Riders” ATV club weekly rides. Jeff was a very kind and loving man, volunteering for little league, and he enjoyed hunting and fishing.
He is preceded in death by; his parents; sisters Jean Kraskey, Roseanne Scott, brother Thomas Jr. Stoddard.
Jeff is survived by; loving wife of 45 years, Linda; daughters Michelle Mattson, Angela Spicer, son Francis Jr. (Tracy) Stoddard; 3 grandaughters, 4 grandsons; 3 great-grandsons; sister Bonnie Williams, Pat Ruzich, Kitty Klassen, Anna Carroll; aunt Victoria Schwartz; numerous extended family members and friends.
