Edward John Nord Jr. 85, of Superior died Tuesday, December 15, 2020, at Middle River Health & Rehab due to Covid.
Edward was born in Superior on May 10 1935, the son of Georgia (Lane) and Edward Nord.
Edward served in the Air Force as a young man. He loved bowling for many years. Later in life he enjoyed living in Surprise Az.
He is preceded in death by his mother, father, brother Thomas Nord, and infant son.
He is survived by his children George (Tammy) Nord of Solon Springs, Robin (Punky Anderson) Dallman of Superior, and Karen (Jim) Rose of South Range.; brothers and sisters Joy Smith of Superior, Patricia Riel of Brooklyn Park, MN, and Susan (Gary Johnson) Olson of Duluth; eleven grandchildren; nineteen great-grandchildren and one great great-grandchild.
Due to Covid restrictions a private family service will be held. A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
