To Char’s entire family.....There was no one I ever met that loved and adored their family as much as Char. Each one of you held a special place in her heart filled with unconditional love and boasting with pride. I first met her mom, Elsie, when we worked together at Piedmont Elementary School. Elsie introduced me to Char. Many good times shared and wonderful memories made with these amazing, intelligent, understanding, encouraging, kind, warm hearted women. Beautiful souls and spirits. Dear friends who always found time to listen, laugh, cry, love and support everyone. Dear Family of Char Rothman Please accept my sincere condolences for your ;loss of Char, There was not a kinder person who walked this earth than Char. I am so glad I had some communication with her these last months, She is is an Angel now and with her Mom Elsie. My love to all of you.
