Service Date October 6, 2025
A celebration of Laurel’s life will be held on Monday, October 6, 2025, at the Lutheran Church of the Good Shepherd in Duluth, Minnesota. Visitation will begin at 10:00 a.m., followed by the funeral service at 11:00 a.m. A brief graveside service will follow. Laurel will be laid to rest at Park Hill Cemetery in Duluth.

Laurel was my husband Brian's aunt. I liked her very much. She and Bill were a joy to be around. I would have loved to have come to the funeral but my mother died on the 26th and her funeral is on the 5th and on the other side of Wisconsin. I am sure she will be greatly missed. My deepest sympathies to the family.

I lived with the Pagel’s my senior year of high school going to Marshall with Mark and Karen. She was a kind soft spoken women who welcomed me into her home for that school year and showed much love and guidance that year. She will be missed by all who knew her.
