Larry B Lassiter
June 22, 1955 - May 16, 2024

Larry Barrington Lassiter:
Larry was born in Evergreen, AL on June 22, 1955 and went home to his Lord and Savior on May 16, 2024.
Larry spent his formative years in Monroe County AL. When Larry was a young teen, he sold the Monroe Journal Newspaper every Thursday morning to the workers at Vanity Fair Mills Sewing Plant on Drewery Road. Later in life, he worked on tugboats on the Mississippi River and eventually settled in Minneapolis, MN in 1979.
Larry was preceded in death by his parents, Leslie Lassiter, Sr and Margaret Lassiter. A sister, Ann Helton Turberville, and three brothers, Thomas Lassiter, Dale Lassiter, and Johnny Lassiter.
Larry is survived by his son Joshua (Sara) Aragon and two grandsons, Damien and Parker of Hibbing, MN. Brothers, Leslie Lassiter, Jr (Connie) of Century, FL and Jepp Lassiter of Birmingham, AL; and sisters Jean Royal of Pensacola, FL and Linda Trice (Hunter) of Tampa, FL, as well as a host of nephews and nieces. A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
