Amy Joan Sullivan Wyatt Ulstad June 8, 1956 – January 14, 2024 Amy was born in Baltimore Maryland, on June 8th, 1956, to John and Anne Marie Sullivan. Cancer took her life on Jan. 14, 2024, while she was a patient at St. Mary’s Hospital in Duluth MN. Amy was 67 years old. Amy was the eldest of five children. She was survived by her brother, John Sullivan, jr., and sisters: Marjorie Sullivan-La Belle, Jennifer Sullivan-Thompson, Colleen Sullivan-Schreiner, and sister-in-law, Roberta Braaten. On November 21st, 1976 Amy gave birth to her son, Daniel John Wyatt in San Diego, California. She was survived by Daniel, Patricia Guerrero-Wyatt, and grandchildren Ocaen Wyatt, Brody, and Gabriella Denmark. Amy resided in Bagley, Minnesota with her long-time love Stewart Braaten. She and Stewart loved playing with their dogs and going to the Casino for a fun night out. Sadly, Stewart passed last year. Amy was devastated and moved to Bethany Assisted Living last fall, in Fosston, MN. Amy was a free spirit with a great sense of humor and loved to laugh! She was an excellent cook, loved 70’s music, and loved to sing along with her favorites. She especially loved Neil Young, The Beatles, and Elton John. She was a gifted artist, violinist, and amazing poet. She was an animal lover who had several cats through the years and she and Stewart also parented two dogs whom they adored. We will miss our Amy more than words can say but take comfort in knowing that she didn’t have to suffer any longer. No more pain for our darling Amy. May Amy’s eternal life in Heaven with the Almighty Lord be filled abundantly with peace, tranquility, and never-ending joy. |
