Victor Dean Ulmer

Passed away on February 24, 2018, at the age of 78 years, after a long battle with prostate cancer.  Vic grew up in Hosmer, South Dakota, and attended the University of South Dakota at Vermillion. He served in the Army Intelligence Corps as a second lieutenant. After discharge from the army he earned a law degree at the University of Minnesota. He worked for 17 years in the Duluth City Attorney’s office. Vic was a dedicated runner, and for more than four decades was a familiar sight, running his daily 8 miles along the North Shore’s Scenic 61.

At Vic’s request, no formal service will be held.
