A private memorial service will be held at Park Hill Cemetery.
Wiley Spencer Fulkerson, 74, Duluth, MN, passed away peacefully on Sunday, Oct. 28 at Essentia Health. He was born in 1944 to Wiley G. and Dorothy Fulkerson in Duluth, MN.
After serving in the Navy in Vietnam, Wiley worked as a truck driver, roofer, construction worker and farmer. He enjoyed hunting, fishing and woodworking, but his life’s passion was genealogy.
Preceding him in death were his parents, and his first wife Phyllis.
He is survived by his wife Tammy; children Allison Winklesky, Wiley J. Fulkerson, Renee (Scott) Patrow and Lori Fulkerson (Jason Kehn), step-children Svannah (Mike) Morse, Ayla Gordon and Echoe Gordon; brothers Phillip (Saundra), Charles Allen, and Richard; sister Alice Elaine Zimmerman; and his grandchildren.
A private memorial service will be held at Park Hill Cemetery.
