Celebration of Pam’s life will take place 10:00 am, Friday, September 15 at Faith Baptist Church in Hermantown.
Pamela Sue (Nelson) Barby, 58, born September 19, 1958 passed away peacefully at St. Luke’s Hospital on Thursday, September 7th surrounded by her loving son, Ben, and family.
Pam graduated from Proctor High School in 1976 and went on to graduate from Duluth VoTech with a nursing degree. Pam worked at Nopeming and St. Luke’s Hospital (7 West).
She is survived by; her son and caregiver, Benjamin Roy Barby; her siblings, Cindy (Russ) Lundeen, Roy Nelson, Kim (Greg) Carter, Tonya (Brad) Kolenda; and four nephews and four nieces (and extended family).
She was preceded in death by her mom, Dory Nelson.
