Marie C. Binford Bremer passed away peacefully on Thursday, November 19, 2015. Marie was born on March 27, 1951 in Charleston, South Carolina.
She lived in many different areas of the country before finally settling down in Duluth, Minnesota to raise her two beloved children. Marie enjoyed meeting many different people during her travels and left an unforgettable impression on everyone she met. She maintained many close, long-distance friendships throughout her life. Marie loved traveling, being a mother, decorating, and all things “Charleston.”
She is preceded in death by her father, Robert F. Binford of South Hill, Virginia; her mother, Jocelyn Melchers Binford Honan of Charleston, South Carolina; and her brother, Robert F. Binford, Jr., of Charlotte, North Carolina.
She is survived by her two children, Jocelyn Bremer of St. Paul, Minnesota and Chris Bremer of Duluth, Minnesota and her nephews, Robert and Graham Binford, both of Charlotte, North Carolina, and their families.
