Memorial Service will be held 11:00am, Friday, May 27 at Glen Avon Presbyterian in Duluth.
Lorraine (Manzer) Hustad, age 68, died Monday May 16, 2016 of ovarian cancer.
She was born in Willmar, MN and as a child moved to Silver Bay. Lorraine graduated from Silver Bay high school in 1965. She earned a teaching degree from UMD and taught in Fridley, MN for three years. Lorraine earned an MBA from UMD in 1985. She then became a kitchen designer and enjoyed the creativity for over 20 years.
Lorraine was active at Glen Avon Presbyterian and served as a deacon, taught classes, and served on many committees. She also served on the board for Habitat for Humanity and PAVSA.
Lorraine is survived by her husband of almost 46 years, Bruce: son Bryce (Amber), two daughters: Dr. Andrea (Chris) Hustad Benson, Dr. Whitney (Kelly) Hustad Davidson; seven grandchildren, Evelyn, Molly, and Elise Benson, Byron and Ava Hustad, Gus and Ike Davidson.
Memorial Service will be held 11:00am, Friday, May 27 at Glen Avon Presbyterian in Duluth.
Memorials preferred to Glen Avon Presbyterian Church.
