Linnea is an amazing lady. I am blessed for her being in my life and the gift of our daughter Megan. Not only that, the addition of Pat Mullen, the Love of Linnea's life. I am sad that Linnea has passed, yet, the footprint she left on this earth with her love for Pat, her favorite brother Larry, sister-in-law Kim, nieces and nephew Ella, Lucy and Jasper, Mom Jane, Step-mom Linda, dad Chuck, cousins Jenny and Mark and the rest of the family. Linnea drew all of us closer together. I will forever miss Linnea, but each moment I spend with the rest of the family will be cherished in knowing that she drew all fo us together and mine and Meg's life is so much richer for this.

Linnea was so beautiful - inside and out. She was the most active and positive person I have known. She was always so genuine and kind to everyone she met, including strangers that would become instant friends. I know Linnea will be waiting for all of us in heaven - ready to give some nice warm hugs and plenty of smiles to go around too. I miss her deeply and can't wait to see her again.

Housesitting with Shawnee when you would go see Ms Ella in Seattle. Shawnee was always restless without you and would run laps outside around the house. You would bring back “good luck protector frog” ornaments from Pike Place for our cars. You were the first to encourage and believe in my decision to go into nursing.

Didn't get to know Linnea very well but the couple times I did she was always pleasant and smiling. And you could tell how genuine she was by the sparkle of her personality that just came out naturally. And talking with our dear friends Kim and Larry and their family knew what a great person she was. Wish I could have gotten to know her better because I know I would have had another great friend.

I met Linnea in the Duluth Area Chamber's Leadership program, class of 2014-2915. She was always smiling and exhilarating a love for life, even after she became ill. Linnea was kind, giving and compassionate. I am saddened to learn of her passing this past week. Our community has lost one of its angels. My sympathy goes out to all of her family and friends, especially to her Megan, who I know she loved very much. She will be missed but no doubt, she is watching over all from above. Rest In Peace, sweet Linnea.
