Kermit Sheldon Plucar, 80, died Tuesday June 13, 2017 in Superior Wisconsin. He was born February 19, 1937 to Kenneth and Mildred (Bowen) Plucar in Bennett Wisconsin.

Kermit graduated from St. Croix High School in 1954 in Solon Springs. He served in the Army National Guard, the US Air Force, and was stationed in Oregon and Washington state.

Kermit was married to Joann L Sparks in March of 1956, Duella J Edwards in December of 1968, and Sharon L Koehler in September 2008. He had a lifelong career in truck transportation, and referred to himself as a ‘Commodities Relocation Engineer’.

He is preceded in death by his parents; grandparents; brother Vernon M Plucar, sister Audrey L Huray.

Kermit is survived by; wife Sharon; six children, Rocky (Marsha) Plucar, Ricky (Marilyn) Plucar, Connie Bower, Janet (Bill) Gunderson, Michael (Holly) Plucar, Robert Plucar; stepchildren, Randall (Lori) Chambers, Richard McBee, Joy (Brian) Bergren, Shana (Jon) Broberg, David (Lori) Bjerklien; siblings, Howard (Marilyn) Plucar, Carolyn Noren, Muriel Larson; numerous grandchildren; great-grandchildren; nieces and nephews.
