John 'Jim' Blin
May 20, 1925 - October 26, 2018
A family graveside service will be held at a later date at the new Duluth Veterans Cemetery.
John ‘Jim’ Blin, 93, passed away Friday, October 26, 2018. He was born to Mike and Margaret (Armstrong) Blin May 20, 1925 in Duluth, Minnesota.
Jim served in the 72nd Seabees Battalion on Guam and Japan in World War II.
He is preceded in death by; his parents; brother George Blin.
Jim is survived by; his wife of 70 years, Margaret; children John, Richard (Judi), Nancy (Larry) Krieg, Howard (Nita Byers); six grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
