Barbara “Little Red” Rogers, 54, died after a courageous battle with cancer Saturday September 6, 2014. She was born August 29, 1960 to Willis and Betty (Ward) Ferguson in Duluth, Minnesota.
Barb grew up in Lakewood township and graduated from Central High School 1978. She was united in marriage to Tom Rogers October 3, 1981.
She enjoyed rummage sales, trips to the casino, cooking, genealogy, and arts and crafts. Barb was a spitfire who loved her grandchildren fiercely. Barb spoke her mind and lived bravely, she will be dearly missed.
She is preceded in death by her parents Betty and Willis Ferguson.
Barb is survived by her loving husband Tom; two sons, Forrest (Haley) Rogers, Brandon Rogers; grandchildren Ian, Dylan, Elisibeth, Arrica; brothers Floyd, Steve; extended family and friends; faithful dog Molly. Plus ‘Thank you’ to special friends Patty Prudden and Char Salmonson for their unwavering kindness.
