Wendy M. Lemke, 48, passed away Saturday January 10, 2015 at Solvay Hospice House in Duluth. She was born October 11, 1966 to William Haedrich and Patricia (Dagger) Pressnall in Duluth.
Wendy graduated from Hermantown High School. She moved to Coon Rapids, MN where she lived and worked. After caring for Grandma Haedrich, Wendy decided to go back to college and earn her associate’s degree in Applied Science Medical Assisting. Wendy was a devoted Grandmother to Jordan, Matthew, and Patrick. She had a sense of humor that never stopped.
She is preceded in death by her grandparents George and Magdalene Dagger, and George and Florence Haedrich.
Wendy is survived by son Patrick (Tanya) Dillon; three siblings Wanda (Jeff) Bennett, Bill Haedrich, Troy Haedrich; nephew Michael Bennett; many extended family members and friends.
Memorial service will be held 12:00 pm Monday January 19, 2015 at Salem Covenant Church, 339 N 59th Ave W, Duluth. Visitation at 11:30 am, and a luncheon to follow at the church. Rev. Dave Peterson officiating, services by Affordable Cremation & Burial, 218-491-7011, affordableduluth.com
